Got scammed out of a 115$ comission by a streamer called Fumiata, they ignored my dms for 15 days after telling me multiple changes on the project, then banned me from the server when i asked them to check dms there. Can i please have some support against them?

He has been paid on time as promised.

if you read our dms he didnt respond to me multiple times over the course of 3 months. He even stopped replying for 12 DAYS to me when i texted him on two different days... it was common for us to not talk for long periods and told him i would pay him when twitch payout comes(the 15th) and theres a video of him saying he knows when that day is. Youre trying so hard when all the info is right in front of you

I NEVER contacted him for a commission. he contacted me to be a editor for youtube and i didnt want him. i asked him if he does animations and he said he wanted to try it out by doing a base... NOBODY PAYS FOR A BASE THATS NOT A COMMISSION. when he turned into something more WITHOUT telling me and wanted payment i was just being nice and paying for it, which i did.

this is again, me reassuring i wont touch the art unless paid so he dont think im scamming. if someone uses art they didnt pay for youd think theyre a scammer... saying im not using the art is literally just how its said. im not gonna use it. At the end of the day he worked on it and regardless if i use it or not i HAVE to pay for it because i told him i would. hope you understand :)

my admins made the doc, i provided all the details and information. So i stand by everything 100% in this document. The reason i didnt type it myself is because im working on making it into a youtube video for people who dont like to read so they helped me out by typing the doc to get this response out fast.

All of of this couldve been avoided if he just waited for my dm on the 15th when i got my twitch payout

can you tell me where she says that i say i refuse to pay? she literally says the price is not what i imagine and desire... i simply didnt like the final product as she explained and she NEVER said i wouldnt contact or pay him. If he assumed i wouldnt pay him bc of this message he couldve waiting until after the pay day I scheduled and then safely assumed i wasnt paying BUT he didnt.
