Great finish to week #2 with a little sled push conditioning for our big cats (not pictured) and sprint conditioning for our pure speed cats. Top group of the day of Landon Polk, Gio Garcia (injured hand but still shows up everyday and gets better 💪🏻💪🏻), and Micah Zapata

Another fantastic day yesterday as horizontal force was the focus! 7 athletes set personal bests in broad jump (a lot were setting a baseline number) including Caleb Clausen improving his best by 1.5” and Christian Hernandez by 2” 💪🏻💪🏻 Top 5 Broad Jumps:

Great 1st day of Summer workouts with 60 total athletes participating!😮😮😮 There were 12 personal bests set in the vertical jump…..not bad for the 1st day! Shawn Barrett is closing in on the 30 inch mark (28.4) while Christian Hernandez improves his top mark to 31.6”!!!! ✈️

Finished off last week with some great performances on the track and in the wt room! We had 25 personal bests in the simulated hand time 40 yard dash (times appear to be much faster than even a hand time but comparisons to previous times with the cones are still impressive!)
