🚨 Atlético Madrid’s budget for the summer transfer window is around €80m net.
It is expected to remain similar to the last two years despite Apollo’s arrival, with their main focus being the Sports City project rather than injecting major funds into transfers.
The idea is sustainable growth, not changing the club’s philosophy through massive spending.
Mateu Alemany’s ability to balance sales and signings will once again determine Atlético’s strength in the market, with confidence inside the club remaining very high in his work.

@atletiuniverse Player of your trophyless and shitty season. Absolute garbage of a team. Half a decade gone without a sniff on any silverware and their fanbase still think they’re of the “Elite” LMAO
@SkyWalker6194@funnyacg@atletiuniverse People were saying Barça were finished financially before too , Yet somehow players still arrive every summer. Transfer window isn't won on Twitter comments.
💣🚨 BREAKING: Julián Alvarez has NO intention to accept Atlético Madrid's renewal offer.
He wants to join Barça, as he believes he deserves a better and more ambitious project that gives him a better chance at winning titles.
This has nothing to do with Simeone, as their relationship is good, contrary to the narrative others are pushing.
Atlético Madrid wants €150m for him, and will NOT sell below that.
Some at the club believe that they should keep him, others see this as a major opportunity to cash in and give Mateu Alemany greater financial power to reshape the squad.
Atlético Madrid will not make his exit easy, and especially not to Barcelona.
Although Laporta dreams of signing Julián, Atlético do not believe Barcelona currently have the financial capability to make an offer that satisfies them.
Some inside the club would only accept cash, while others would consider players being included in the deal, such as Ferran Torres, who is reportedly highly rated by Mateu Alemany.
Because of that, Atlético also do not rule out the possibility that, once the summer window closes, Julián Alvarez may simply have no option but to continue honouring his contract.

@TXGXR@_Fish10_@atletiuniverse Aupa atleti, dude. I'm fan of ATM. Just say barca cant buy players over 15M, they got no money if not sell anyone this summer.
@boyuchennaa@atletiuniverse If your club really need alvarez, just get fund from you guys. You club is basically broke you know that. SELL PEDRI, or you will get no big names in the next 5 seasons.
@atletiuniverse I can bet anything we’d not even pay up to 100m Aswr
All I need from Julian is that show of interest and all is done. We’ve seen the script before!
@BARCAKingspride@atletiuniverse Dont need worry about that cuz you will not buy anyone above 15M. Muriqi is your destiny and before that Laporta fool you with big names. You know he es a liar.
@atletiuniverse You want 150M for Alvarez?? The same way you robbed us by selling Griezmann 130M to us and came back to buy him cheap. Our eye are clear
@AngshuDebnath1@atletiuniverse You even cant afford 15M this summer, you know that. Laporta will buy Muriqi until the window close. And before that he will boast Alvarez or Haaland other big names to fool you.
@atletiuniverse Julián wants Barça, Barça wants Julián… but €150M and Atlético negotiating with Barcelona? That deal sounds harder than winning the Champions League without conceding a goal. 😳💣
@Aaretherealone@atletiuniverse Doesnt matter cuz barca will not buy anyone above 20M. They dont have any money you need to pay the debt built nou camp. That was not free.
@_Fish10_@atletiuniverse So i just wonder why barca stay in spain. They can move to france or america cuz they can buy anything without pay anything~hhh
@atletiuniverse If the guy doesn’t want to stay. Let hum leave. Is it prison? Your club is not good enough for his ambition. Why keep a player that does not want to stay?
@atletiuniverse You used to be a respectable account. You threw away all the respect you’ve gained over the years in the last 24 hours. You sound like a Real Madrid supporter.
💣🚨 BREAKING: Johnny Cardoso will be out for AT LEAST two weeks, with the Barça return leg in the UCL and the Copa del Rey final being SERIOUS doubts.
@diarioas
🚨🇪🇸 Atlético Madrid does not have a buy-back clause for Omar Janneh, BUT they do have a right of first refusal.
If a club offers €10m for him, Atleti can match that offer and sign him.
The club also hold a small percentage (between 10% and 20%) of any future sale.
