One of the ways to grow as a trader it to take time over the weekend to prepare of the week and even coming weeks. Last week’s outlook video I posted that if we didn’t form wicks of the quarterly FVG, we could begin to test at least half of it, and that’s where we wicked off. Friday. Let’s see what happens next week. No video this week as I continue my vacay.

$ES_F showed weakness overnight. As I mentioned in my weekly outlook video, I wouldn’t be surprised if we tapped back into the quarterly FVG and were now there. If it can’t recover 6335, look for 6591, 6528, 6501 and 6480. If we recover 6673, look for 6715, 6735, 6767, 6803. $VIX above 28.16 amplifies aggressive moves and we can see more downside. If it starts to lose $25, watch for upside movements in the indices. I’m going to wait to see if we get a pop at open to short.

@Katygutierrez00 check out $NEM. 1-3 monthly at the top of a broadening formation can make it a good candidate for put swings. Since I like the monthly, I’d wait for the month to close and buy at least 2 months out on the contract expiry to let it play out.

@funsized_rose Thanks! And Also works on shorts, right? I was looking at some charts and it seems to work most of thetimes very nice, but hard to find, I was looking on weekly and monthy time frames.

@Katygutierrez00 If im going long, I set my stop loss at the bottom of the 3 candle. Something like this:

@funsized_rose Last question 🙈 when I enter a position whit this set up, how do you manage your stop loss?

@grubbyclawd I think both are powerful in their own way. 1-3 setups show accumulation, manipulation and the 2 csn be the distribution. Failed 2s show exhaustion, swing high/lows that point to reversals. You can try both out and see which one is your best fit.

@funsized_rose Do you prefer the full 3 over the failed 2 (was trying to go 3 but didn't get there yet?)

@Katygutierrez00 No it works on any time frame and the more confluences the better (broadening formations, time frame continuity, etc)
