@s3eed_xz FPS drops may cause a change in game speed, but since it's quite old, it should not drop to 40 fps. I can only suggest to disable high resolution shadows, or perhaps d3d8to9, to see if it's any improvement.

@fusionfix10 @fusionfix10 look everything is legit fixed and I tried the fix but the only thing ain't fixed is the game speed , whenever I am out in the world I feel like iam playing on half the speed ( slo-mo ) with dips to 40 fps even. Can you help ?

@DMponVT Yes, works for online coop as well.

@fusionfix10 Hearing the words “borderless windowed” for all of these games and “door skip” is music to my ears. I will be more than happy to play these games on PC again with these. Do have to ask, I don’t think this’ll be an issue, but these won’t prevent online play?

@fusionfix10 ... At the cost of breaking other visual effects like bloom, reflections, shadows and more but does actually lower internal res and give a decent fps boost. @roderic_hristo Couldn't agree more, but it's a massive amount of work, we need to persuade Capcom into doing it in an official patch. Here to help if needed.

@fusionfix10 RE5 steam frame rate issues should be fixed like the uroboros boss fight, weird hitbox collisions in higher fps and mercenaries spawns stucks (like mines, ship deck missile area and prison).

Usually framerate related issues are the most complex ones to solve. Would be great to partner up with @capcom_official @CapcomUSA_ @CapcomEurope and tackle them with full access to the game code. That includes the boss fight in RE5 that is harder at 60 fps everybody's talking about.

@fusionfix10 It would be really awesome if we could have dynamic FPS limiting for sections of the game since having higher than 60 completely borks it (but I imagine it would also be nigh impossible and super annoying to make)

Why aren't you making anything if these rules don't apply to you? Just upload all copyrighted assets directly to steam, if there's nobody to hold you accountable. Nothing I said is remotely controversial, and I'm ready to collaborate with anybody who has the power to bring this game back to digital storefronts. And I think this effort is what people need to support.

It's beyond hilarious to compare what you've done to that. Take two is a juggernaut, GTA itself has generated almost as much money as Pokemon or Star Wars. But yes your widescreen mod for True Crime is seriously gonna be an issue LOL. Thats like being afraid of federal prison for smoking a joint because you know someone who got raided for cooking meth.
