Not sure what backup keepers are about tbh, Jorgensen needs to be flogged and you need someone to play the Carson role in the squad Whatever DM signing you make is key imo, someone elite at receiving btl and able to break up play. Lavia would be the guy if he wasn’t crocked

Long term it will pay to have an athletic player who can pass and defend wide to replace Wes (who I’d keep as a backup in any case). If he lives up to expectations in the short term he’ll give a boost but next season would be the true reflection of his level.

Not gonna pretend I’ve watched him but people who I’ve read say he can play CCB so hopefully that’s true. Missing from our RCB options presently. Opens up dynamics. He could play RCB with JA RB + BB LCB or he could play LCB beside WF etc. Then move wide CB when LC returns.
