The first trailer for Kenji Tanigaki's ‘THE FURIOUS’ has been released. The action thriller follows a tradesman who must fight through a criminal empire to save his kidnapped daughter. In theaters on May 29.

The Father. ☀️ The Mother. 🌑 The Child.✨ Happy Father’s Day Dad.🧑🏻 Happy Birthday Mom. 👩🏻 It’s been less a month since my father passed away (as an old soul known he would transition from body to soul). Grief comes in waves but also love comes through always. During last two weeks before he passed I was given opportunity to speak with him about life, death, & advice. In being confronted with the reality of death, he asked for forgiveness from me and I let him know that forgiveness was always there but I asked him to ask forgiveness from God and himself. Conversations of knowing your parents are always your parents and try to grow up to see them in a certain light but as you grow older they are individual souls that live their lives and make mistakes. Just like any of us. The way he was open to listen and talk about my point of view on “spirituality” and faith, he told me made him feel at ease with eventually passing. His body was tired. I’m grateful for that I was able to have deep conversations with him. Letting him know that everyone going to react differently of how he lived his life with their experiences with him and at the time saying goodbye to him before his death. Despite all the life lessons (good, bad, & the ugly) he has been through my Dad has Good heart and soul. I saw that beyond the perception of this world. While I’m not going to go into details about all convos, when you come to think of it our human experience is here for blip of time. We always want to do more or express more before we go. We can get in regret and shame when life throws us off our course. I told my dad I will honor him through living and loving my life to fullest and with authenticity. Also today I celebrate with my mom a milestone birthday. She has been the roots of guiding me through life as well. I’m grateful for my parents and the experiences we have had and having together. Truly is circle of life on a day like today. It will always root back to love.✨🕊️🧬💕
