@futureweal49887 I did a ton of different stuff so it’s really all about finding whats sustainable for your lifestyle one thing I will absolutely recommend is low cal options for EVERYTHING theres a lot of basic stuff that have “light” options that have less fat and they taste the exact same

@futureweal49887 Omg no please ask away! Initially I got from 120kg to 112kg from gym, eating well etc…I then hit a plateau and kinda gave up so I actually jumped on mounjaro and was on that for about 7 months and lost a BUNCH of weight from just eating less and walking lots.
