Dear MTN I subscribed to 34GB which for is ₦10,000 per month. I didn't download any app, I am not into tech, I didn't watch YouTube videos, I didn't Share my data. I was very intentional about the subscription because I was tired of subscribing ₦2000 worth of data that will disappear after 2 days. I did the subscription on Friday and today being Monday, I have gotten a warning message that the subscription is about to expire.. Please where did the subscription went to!!? ₦10,000 is not ₦10 for God's sake! How can you people continuously steal from us like this? The fact that this company came from South Africa is the most annoying part of it. If you recharge airtime on MTN and by mistake remove your SIM card, Once you put the SIM card back, the whole Airtime will disappear. This has happened to my sister more than twice. And MTN are not alone in this, Airtel Glo and 9 mobile are part of this act. For how long will you people continue this !!? You intentionally steal from us, you debit us at all time with no conscience. I am not happy at all, I spend almost ₦50,000 monthly on Data alone. I have my transaction histories, you people do this because we have no choice.. Stop stealing from us please!! Enough of this!!!

@GloWorld Don't come here to talk soft..do you know how mNy times I have called in to complain about different issues of data theft Nd everytime they have placed me on hold or back on d cue in disrespect like I don't have right to complain of poor service..

If not for the NDA signed, I have someone here who worked as a CCR in @MTNNG. She explained how this theft is being done, and you'll be shocked to know they have targets for this “data stealing thing.” They have a supervisor named Mukthar who is an expert at damage control whenever a customer complains about this data usage theft. Go to Opebi just before Salvation bus stop and ask for Outcess Firm I shouldn't reveal more than necessary to avoid some of their staff losing their jobs. I once dated one of their top shots too. The things I learned about @MTNNG's reckless hostility towards Nigerians is cold, but @NgComCommission should not be complacent and must always do the needful. Let's leave it here for now.
