@bozorg_mard22 @notyourharika @Cryptoatlife788 @ianmiles Being fat, is really how much *fat* you have, not weight. You can weigh 160lbs and have 30%bf and look really fat, or you can be the same exact weight and 10-15% body fat, and you will look jacked. Height will make this number vary ofc

@bozorg_mard22 @notyourharika @Cryptoatlife788 @ianmiles Some bodybuilders are considered obese only from a BMI standpoint, which is one of the worst ways to measure it because it doesn't take into account body fat percentage. Although it still has some value, BMI is anything but accurate

@kangaroovic Str8 fax, you should compete with others (and with yourself), but not compare yourself to them. Comparison is the thief of joy, and usually leads to low self steem. If somebody has it harder than me and still makes it,that doesn't mean I suck, it means it's possible and I can too

@juuliagalindoo @AlexGToledo @Carlosgs04 @lydiaap_21 @tragaperro Opciones que se adaptan mejor, sobretodo si vas al gym y quieres aumentar tu masa. Hacer un fasting esa una buena alternativa si es que te informas y lo realizas de manera adecuada. No es mi preferido, pero no puedo decir que "no es saludable"
