In our classroom I want you to feel poster
Ms. Danielle Kelsey@DanielleKelsey_

Inspired by @MonteSyrie’s self-standards, I created this poster for our classroom. My intention is to get student feedback at the end of term 1 on how I’ve been doing on my these goals. Encouraging student voice through feedback allows them to see teachers as learners too.

My latest one-page coaching summary looks at the importance of cognitive reframing and student-focused feedback in coaching conversations. Thanks again to @olicav for allowing me to borrow @WALKTHRUs_5 Jenny for the illustrations! @HeoldduLearning

@JoeNg44 Thanks for sharing this Joe and Min. It is a really wonderful inspiration. I feel like it is accompanied by "learn as though you are doing it on purpose"

@La2Lalor @smitchellmlc @NewsAtNESA A really powerful message @La2Lalor I think all the more powerful as it is a voice of someone in a privileged place, concerned for the well-being and success of others. What better way to challenge the status quo of assessment and equity given the lens of COVID-19.
