ทีมงานต้องขออภัยกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นจากระบบการโหวตขัดข้อง โดยที่ระบบถูกเปิดไว้หลังจากการประกาศปิดไปแล้วเมื่อเวลา 23:59 น. ที่ผ่านมา
ทางทีมงานได้เร่งดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาและปิดระบบโหวตเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วสำหรับช่องทางเว็บไซต์ ส่วนทาง SMS มีการปิดตามเวลาปกติ
อย่างไรก็ดี คะแนนที่ถูกโหวตหลังจาก 23:59 น. ของวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2568 บนเว็บไซต์ทั้งหมดจะไม่ถูกนับรวม โดยทางทีมผู้พัฒนาเว็บไซต์จะดำเนินการลบ Data ตั้งแต่หลัง 23:59 น. ของวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม 2568 ออกทั้งหมด ทำให้คะแนนในส่วนนี้จะไม่ถูกนับแต่อย่างใด
นอกเหนือจากนี้ ทีมงานยังมีการสรุปคะแนนทันทีหลังปิดโหวต ทำให้มั่นใจได้ว่าคะแนนทั้งหมดจะถูกต้อง และครบถ้วนตามระยะเวลาการโหวต
โปรดรอติดตามการประกาศรางวัลในวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2568 ต่อไป และขออภัยมา ณ ที่นี้
