@LAGameStatus @playlostark I had some friends get falsely banned for logging into a pc cafe and it was counted as eac cheating, I hope these false bans are also included for review

After further review, we were able to identify a cohort of players who incorrectly received bot-related punished between May 2-15. All impacted accounts who incorrectly received punishments related to this have had those punishments removed. Those who had their punishments removed should see their Trusted Status restored to it's prior state within 1-2 hours. We will continue to investigate these False Positives to make necessary improvements and ensure true bad actors receive appropriate punishments. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
