#tsb Speechless! I took over half an hour to make a payment which normally takes 3 minutes. Your site freezes. I got thrown off. I got a database error message. Next screen pops up, but stays grey because it hasn't loaded fully. It is a mess and a farce. #fail #fail #TSBfail
