Building a second brain for your advertising agency has never been easier. But most agency owners don't have the time to learn Obsidian + claude code or validate it's even worth their time. So I put my team to work for you. 196 pages built to help you install, set up, and start using Obsidian to run your agency with claude code powering it behind the scenes. Inside you'll find: → The 5-folder vault structure that scales (plus the CLAUDE.md file that turns Claude into a collaborator who's been reading your notes for months) → 29 ready-to-paste plays for daily ops, content, sales calls, client delivery, and strategic thinking → The 30-day rollout plan Comment AY and I'll send it.

I built a local newsletter for the city of Spokane, WA doing $2K/month with 4 AI agents on staff and zero humans on payroll. The numbers: 6,000+ subscribers, $2,000+ in ad revenue last month, less than 4 hours of my time per week. Here's how the org chart works: → A CEO agent fetches metrics, hires teammates, and delegates work → A growth engineer builds scrapers, wires its own daily routine, and ships features → A content director drafts every newsletter edition from real local event data → A sales director sells ad inventory on autopilot → Each agent runs on Paperclip AI with its own skills, memory, and scheduled routines This is how you build a media business without ever hiring a human. Today, this tactic crushes. Tomorrow, every operator on AI Twitter will be running one. These windows of opportunity always only last so long... Comment "AGENTS" and I'll DM you the full setup video that you can use to build your own (must be following so I can dm you).

every info seller doing $10k+ months has the same 4 piece backend running underneath the tweets most of you have 1 of 4. that's why the views don't translate into money. PIECE 1: free lead magnet short pdf. 8-12 pages. solves one specific problem in your niche. captures email, telegram or discord. costs nothing to deliver, builds the list that buys everything downstream most of you skip this because "i don't want to give the good stuff away for free." enjoy your 0 leads PIECE 2: low ticket front end ($97-$127) the dead zone where humans buy without thinking. no objection handling needed. product just has to deliver priced your product at $37 thinking volume? you got less volume. cheap signals trash PIECE 3: post-purchase upsell (50% off, buyers only) gumroad has a setting called "additional offers." flip it on. attach a higher ticket product at half off, only visible at checkout i hit a 43% attach rate on a $484 upsell on a recent launch. that's $208 per buyer in pure additional revenue. for nothing. because gumroad is showing the offer at the exact moment intent peaks most of you don't even know that setting exists. that's $5k-$10k a month bleeding out the side of your funnel and you can't see the wound PIECE 4: high ticket 1-1 partnership ($1k+) the 2-3% of buyers who want hands on help. you don't sell this. you let them apply. tally form, qualify hard, accept 1 in 4 this is where the real money lives. the front end exists to feed this. without a partnership tier, your buyers ascend straight to a competitor instead of you most of you don't have this because nobody told you to build it twitter views without this stack = $0 twitter views with this stack = $10k-$30k months on the same exact account i wrote out the entire backend structure in detail. exact pricing per tier. exact placement on each platform. how each piece feeds the next. 11 pages, free. comment "BACKEND" + RT and i'll dm it (must be following)

nobody on x writes their own tweets anymore every account doing real numbers is running claude with a system underneath. the ones still typing at 11pm trying to "find their voice" are the same ones posting twice a week and wondering why nothing's selling i run 4 accounts. 3 tweets a day on each. 12 tweets daily. claude writes every one of them in about 12 minutes total the tweets sound like me because i set claude up to sound like me. not like chatgpt. not like a linkedin post. like the version of me that talks at 2am about business here's what's actually inside the setup: a viral tweet package. 170+ pages of real viral tweets in this niche with real view counts. claude pulls structure and rhythm directly from this file every time it writes a humanizer pdf. 25 modules killing AI vocabulary before it hits your timeline. no more "delve," "pivotal," "in today's landscape." claude runs every output through this filter a claude primer. a fill-in-the-blank doc you paste into claude once. installs your voice permanently across every future chat in the project a prompt vault. 75+ prompts across 16 categories. authority, mechanism, callout, encounter, breakdown, cta, reply, thread, every angle. copy a prompt, paste, get a tweet a swipe vault. 60+ proven hook openers, 30+ ctas. graft them onto any tweet when the opening or close isn't hitting voice calibration worksheet. 14 questions you fill out before you ever prime claude. your answers become the dna of every tweet it writes for you daily workflow sop. printable one pager. exactly what to do every morning. 12 minutes start to finish build your own prompts guide. the formula behind every prompt in the vault, so after 30 days you spin up custom prompts on demand troubleshooting card. every issue i've hit across 4 accounts and the exact fix for each i bundled all of it. it's called tweet printer. $100. one payment. lifetime access plus every update. at this price the math is dumb. one tweet that hits with this system covers the cost 30 times over comment "PRINTER" + RT and i'll dm you the link (must be following)

We've consulted 35+ businesses over the last 12 months across very different environments From agency owners doing $30K-$100K per month to consulting firms operating at $300K+ monthly As well as hedge funds managing billions in AUM, private jet companies, international law firms, corporate events firms, luxury real estate developers, and family offices Out of all of that we documented everything: - What actually closed - What didn’t - Which positioning made deals move - Which words killed them instantly - The scripts that booked calls - The SOWs that got signed - Pricing structures that stretched LTV - Delivery frameworks that kept clients paying And we packaged everything Not some mental masturbation on "how to think about offers" Actual deployable assets 15+ complete offers you can steal and run this week Each one comes with: - The market research behind it - The positioning (exact words to use and exact words to never say) - Cold email and DM scripts that are booking calls right now - The full sales script from open to close - SOW and contract templates - Live sales call recordings - Walkthrough videos of me breaking down why each offer works - Delivery frameworks - 10+ AI prompts that compress research, SOW generation, and call review by 10x (Works regardless of what you deliver. Lead gen, SEO, ads, web design, AI, sales consulting, whatever) You also get access to more than 25 hours of highly practical video content focused on positioning, sales, offer structuring, and delivery Every video is based on real situations, with us walking through actual engagements In addition to the content, there is a private community with weekly live calls hosted by me and my partner, as well as daily support from our team You can submit your offers, outreach, and sales calls, and we’ll give you direct feedback on what needs to be fixed so you can iterate quickly If you're starting out, this skips 3-4 years of iterating in the dark, burning cash on testing, sending cold emails that get ignored and begging for case studies You start with the proof You’re using scripts that have already closed real deals and positioning that has already worked in competitive environments from day one If you're already printing this is a different kind of multiplier You already have the infrastructure, the business acumen, and the execution speed You just need new markets where your same skill is worth 3-5x more And you need them mapped with the scripts and positioning ready to go RT + DM "library" if you want access (Spots are limited)

The agency owners who installed OpenClaw two months ago are already adding millions in extra revenue and saving hundreds of hours a week. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out the install, the security risks, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built a 111-page playbook that does it for you. Inside: — 93 copy-paste automations across ops, content, lead gen, sales, delivery, and hiring — The exact prompts to hand your agent on day one — 11 security fixes most agencies skip (and pay for later) — The hosting setup, the model routing, the partner system — Plus the April 2026 stack: Claude Managed Agents, AI Visibility tracking, the GEO playbook Your competitors are sleeping on this. Comment CLAW and I'll send it.

OpenClaw creator Peter Steinberger talks about how China is going all-in for AI agents and OpenClaw. "In China, installing OpenClaw is called raising lobsters. Thousands of people were lining up at the Tencent office in Shenzhen to get their lobster installed. Shenzhen even gives out subsidies for people running businesses on OpenClaw. Now, if you install OpenAIClaw on your work machine (in many other parts of the world), at least with the default settings, you might get fired. And then I met an entrepreneur in China who showed me a spreadsheet. Every employee, every day, one task automated by OpenClaw. If you miss too many days, you're fired. So, fired for using it, fired for not using it." --- From official 'TED' YT channel (link in comment)

I built a Reddit marketing agent that gets your business mentioned by ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. Not a spam bot. Not the kind that gets banned by mods. An agent that drafts genuinely valuable answers grounded in your company's actual content and slips in a brand mention only when it actually helps. Google is paying Reddit $60M a year just for their data!!! If your business isn't showing up in that data, your competitors are, and ChatGPT is recommending them instead of you. Here's how the system works: → A Claude routine pulls the target subreddit's JSON endpoint every hour for new posts → A Phase 1 checklist filters every post — is it answerable from our wiki, factual, on-brand, mod-safe? → The answer engine queries an LLM Wiki built from our blog, guides, and help center (Firecrawl ingested every page into a raw → wiki → index structure) → Claude drafts a casual, value-first answer that grounds every claim in our content → Every draft lands in Slack for human-in-the-loop review before it posts — no fire-and-forget, no bans I built this in a week for CoinLedger, the crypto tax software I've been running for 8 years. 10% of our new signups already say they found us through ChatGPT. This system is how we push that number a lot higher. If you want the exact Claude skill I built: Like & Comment "AGENT" (must be following so I can dm you) I'll send it over for free.

Your next 30 days of content is already written. You just haven't seen it yet. This automation watches 50+ news sources every hour, scores every article for quality and relevance, and turns the best ones into Twitter threads and LinkedIn posts automatically. High-scoring stories get drafted into platform-specific content ready to post. Medium scores land in your review queue so you can tweak them if you want. Junk gets archived before it ever wastes your time. Never scramble for content ideas at 11pm again. Never post yesterday's trend a day too late. Your feed stays alive while you sleep, travel, or work on something that actually moves the business forward. Saves 15-20 hours a month and keeps you ahead of every trend in your niche.
