Swings from Wednesday.

Some swings from last night! I need to work out getting my stride under control and straight rather than towards the plate. On some of these swings my extension got a little tied up so I need to work on getting that outward and fully finishing.

Here are some swings from last night. I’m trying to work on keeping my head even with my back leg and not pushing my head down. It still needs some work but there’s improvement.
