This should be my last grail pull tweet @Collector_Crypt. I lost. I never thought my luck could be this bad. I convinced myself that if I kept going, eventually I'd hit a $20k+ Epic in the $1000 pool. So I started a PKMN1000 marathon and refused to stop until I got one. After 3 hours of continuous pulling, I finally did. 🏆 1999 #4 Charizard Holo 1st Edition — worth $20,000 gacha.collectorcrypt.com/?replay=cc-029… But at what cost? A total of 1,252 pulls at $1,000 each. In the process, I managed to hit what felt like every low-end Epic possible before finally landing the Charizard. I've attached the stats from my four main wallets as proof. PNL of my four gacha wallets: -$77,630.78 -$30,181.49 -$11,367.46 -$4,121.38 Total: -$123,301.11 What I've learned is that when you're addicted, logic stops working. You don't stop because the numbers tell you to stop. You stop when reality forces you to. Thankfully, I hit the Charizard before completely wiping myself out. I won't be doing gacha again for the sake of gacha. I'll continue supporting One Arena by @Rosentica and enjoying the cards and battles, but I've exhausted the liquid capital I had available for this. I know this loss may not sound life-changing to some people, but after already losing a large portion of my net worth during the 10/11 downturn, this only made things worse. I no longer have the luxury of gambling. So this is where it ends. Thank you to everyone who followed along, celebrated the highs, and watched the journey unfold. I'll be back. Not with gambling. With wisdom, discipline, and wealth.
