@cp121416245 @SmallerFishGAA It wasn’t a free to Dingle in the first place? Should have being awarded to the Barr’s looked like maguire was fouled.

@SmallerFishGAA I thought the ref was wrong yday but watching this again. The barrs player has the ball at stomach height, the dingle player goes to take the ball then the barrs player moves the ball and lifts it over his shoulder where he can't get it. Looks like ref was right. Rules the issue

Another thing i didn't mention yesterday is the completely random 50m meter penalty. Yesterday the referee ran about 40 meters to the edge of the arc. If he went the 50m, Conor Geaney would have taken the 1 pointer (the 2 was very difficult kick) The FRC should be made go down and apologise to the Barrs panel

What ever about the rule bringing the free forward… it was never a free in the 1st place. If anything a free in for Ian Maguire. Barr’s will feel very hard done by.
