@stefwass @matokah @buffalojenn @miriam_spitzer That’s what my 80-something year old coach called them. ❤️ I think it’s an older term. Makes more sense, IMO, since a half loop isn’t really a half jump.

From my work-in-progress: Even though Mom wanted me to be brave, bold, tough as blades of steel, Hot lava rose inside me, bubbling, gurgling, threatening to explode. I stomped upstairs tore my posters off the walls, my skating dream ripped to shreds.

Thoughts on the Ladies choice for Worlds? Love that Karen Chen made it back on the podium but I think Amber Glenn deserved the spot! Was rooting for Mariah Bell! But Bradie Tennell's performance was the best I've seen her do. @stefwass @gailecn @matokah
