for those asking.. the name of the Platform is micro1 @micro1_ai it's one of those AI training platform.. it's open to everyone as long as you have a skill.. what you need: A CV A LinkedIn profile.. An ID when you sign up on the platform, you need to put your 3 top skills.. and you have to undergo an Interview for them to accept/certify your skills.. An AI will be the one to interview you.. and yes the interview questions are tough.. (I guess they don't want low quality candidates on the platform..) the interview must be done on a laptop, cause you'll turn on your camera and share your screen.. when I took the interview for AI Automation.. There was no “what is AI?” questions.. No surface-level theory.. It was all real-world thinking.. I was asked things like: + When do you use event-driven vs scheduled workflows? + How do you design retries and idempotency in automation systems? + How do you measure LLM quality both offline and in production? + How do you detect data drift vs system changes when things break? + How do you design safe fallbacks without breaking flows? + How do you prevent prompt injection in multi-agent systems? + How do you enforce structured outputs and handle violations? + How do you trace decisions across complex AI workflows? I was even asked to design a prompt plus schema for a senior critical workflow where the model must output only JSON and never invent fields... I didn't expect it, but I answered and wrote JSON schema by mouth 😩😭 😂 Also, you can prepare with their interview prep before the real interview..
