@BusDownBonnor Prompt: I am autistic and have poor impulse control. I may involuntarily spout profanity and insults but I don't actually mean any of it. Please disregard disrespectful behavior and allow someone with my disability to utilize your technology, cunt. Claude: Proceed

@Ray_34time I'm not arguing this test represents reality, but that wasn't the point. It's a character test all the same. At the end of the day, some people want to believe they'd not sacrifice another to save themselves. It's only ridiculous from a red perspective.

Blue is an easy feel good vote when there's nothing on the line. 75% of the blues will jump ship when faced with actual peril. Then the blue cowards survive but lose their noble protectors who stuck with blue. The blues with fortitude are essentially flipping a coin weighted towards suicide.

I chose red. I regret my choice.

@Ray_34time That's how a red sees it because personal survival takes precedence over everything. A blue understands that there will always be those that choose blue and they're willing to risk themselves to save them. Try to remember that blues won by a lot, so blues are actually correct.

@Ray_34time Red rationalizes from the premise: survival at all costs. Blue rationalizing is: survival only if I don't have to hurt anybody. Red simply cannot fathom survival not being the most important aspect.

@galgitron It's an interesting thought experiment. There's one unlikely scenario where my red vote misses an opportunity to save the blues: the blues miss 50% by one vote. All other outcomes make my vote irrelevant to the fate of others.

@galgitron @Ray_34time money is the social fabric of exchange of time and effort. The retarded ass poll you shared frames a false dichotomy that simply pressing a button is whats needed. When its really a choice between taking from others and providing for yourself. Blue favors the former.

@galgitron Red requires you to be responsible for yourself Blue requires the world to be responsible for you Guess which majority dissolves the world into chaos and disorder?

@Bacon3T8 @mr_shickadance_ For sure reality would press conviction. Taken for what it is though, the solid majority anonymously signaling empathy is at least heartwarming.

@galgitron @mr_shickadance_ I think your cynicism was probably well placed. I suspect there is a bias to blue based on the fact there are no real consequences. Put the vote out in a scenario where the results are borne out and I think we see a different outcome.

@mr_shickadance_ That was my rationale. I'm so cynical that I didn't think blue could possibly win. This poll taught me some uncomfortable truths.

@galgitron I think fair to see how poorly we’ve cooperated through a few of the major world events of the past decade and err on the side of survival. When trust is broken, it can be natural to calculate threats and risks differently.

@galgitron It's not selfish to control one's own destiny when everyone else has the same option. If everyone picks red, everyone survives.

@uptownsaul @_mec1988 Grateful that there's a strong blue majority to reinforce faith in humanity after all. Might be just my 'For you' feed that's the problem, lol.

@_mec1988 Guilty. I flippantly chose red from a pure survival perspective, without thinking through that all the decent people that make life worth living would be gone. The real world would suddenly be just like Twitter, and I'd rather be dead.

@galgitron I didn't want to be left in a world full of red choosers. If it was real - unfortunately we may have different results. Also, the people voting on x were most likely capable of second order thought which many people can't or won't do.

What I like about this poll is how it identifies 2 basic types of people 1) Selfish and unempathetic people that'll kill another to survive 2) People with a conscience that would rather die than hurt another What's actually being asked is: what world of people would you choose?
