I'm 7 days sober today. Free of alcohol, free of weed, free of cocaine. I know 7 days is not that big of accomplishment but soon it'll be 7 weeks and then 7 months. Take it one day at a time. It's not easy it's not impossible but it's doable. I don't have anyone to share in my world about this so I'm putting it here. If you're thinking about going sober then just do it.
