God of war TV show, everything you need to know SO FAR: - 2 seasons confirmed by Amazon prime TV - Season 1 will have 10 episodes - The tone will emulate that of the games with the focus on the norse saga - Pre-production is underway in Vancouver, filming will begin in March 2026 - Ryan Hurst (From Sons of Anarchy and voicing Thor in God of War Ragnarök) has been cast as Kratos! - Cory BARLOG, director of the 2018 God of War game, is involved as an executive producer - Ronald D. Moore (Battlestar Galactica, Outlander) is the showrunner, writer, and executive producer. - Frederick E.O. Toye (Shōgun) will direct the first two episodes - The series underwent a creative overhaul in 2024, it restarted a lot of things since being announced in 2022. - A lot of castings are being done now and we can expect more confirmations in the next 2 months - Most likely to launch late 2027 THIS WILL BE A BANGER 🔥
