@raptalksk The upgrades provide a major performance boost for both games. BOTW/TOTK dont go any higher than 30 fps and resolution is at most 900p in docked mode and 720 in handheld. With switch 2 upgrades, 1080p and 60 fps in handheld. 1440p, 60Fps In docked. They look and play much better.

Its the last truly portable console. When I mean truly, I mean it could fit in your pocket. The last console you could just put a game in and play it immediately. Amazing zelda games, the last really great pokemon games and much much more.

@mitrajoy_ Its without a doubt breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom! Both of those games are some of the best that Nintendo has ever made. For more casual fun, Mario Kart 8 if youre on switch 1 or Mario Kart World if youre on switch 2!

The comments on this are crazy. Yes, it is crazy to be buying lunch everyday for that much if youre making around that much. As someone who does make about that much, I certainly dont go out to eat everyday lmao I still bring 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with me to work.

@BeeFun__ Not only is there the portability factor, but the fact that all of these games are coming out on switch 2 on top of the Nintendo exclusives. For me, its becoming the only console I need. Everything on one device. We buy them knowing they aren't the superior for this reason.

Pourquoi les gens sont autant hype des jeux tiers sur Switch 2 alors que :
• c’est souvent plus flou,
• moins beau que sur PS5/Xbox,
• le framerate galère,
• et la console chauffe énormément…
Alors qu’en plus les jeux arrivent rarement au même moment que sur les autres consoles, et que ça risque d’être encore pire dans le futur (007, Lego Batman).
Le tout pour 500€… soit le prix d’une PS5 à son lancement, avec des jeux souvent plus chers qu’ailleurs 💀
Vraiment, je comprends pas cette obsession des jeux tiers sur Switch 2.

I was 19 when I bought mine with my own hard earned money. Despite all the flaws including long spans of no first party releases, lack of 3rd party support....it had a lot of charm. Miiverse, legitimate online accounts (no friend codes), and a lot of the best selling switch games

I maintain the opinion that overly positive Wii U era nostalgia is perpetuated by young adults who had Wii U because mommy and daddy paid for it. Everyone else I know who were Nintendo fans online was in the trenches dealing with nonstop Wii U slander because it was flopping.
