We adopted our son from India at 2.5 and had a 15 hour flight home. He cried for almost the entire flight. I did everything imaginable to calm and comfort him -- to no avail. There were points of the flight that we were both crying. The frustrated looks from other passangers didn't help, and all I needed in that moment was some kindness. They make really great noise cancelling headphones these days, and I wish our culture was more supportive of families and children.

Is there anything worse than a crying baby on a plane? I wish parents would control their children. It’s so disruptive. I refuse to believe a baby cries for 10 hours. At some point this is just bad parenting, right?

my uber driver had two phones on his dashboard one for navigation. one had stripe open. "you run a business?" "i sell a checklist." "a checklist?" "pre-flight checklist for people scared of flying. $34." pulled up his stripe at a red light. $8,400 last month. "how'd you come up with that?" "i'm in a facebook group for flight anxiety. 94,000 members. every day someone posts 'flying tomorrow i'm terrified what do i do' and the same people type the same answers over and over." "so you wrote down the answers?" "organized them. what to do 24 hours before. at the airport. during takeoff. during turbulence. stuff people been giving away for years." "people pay $34 for that?" "people pay $34 to not have a panic attack scrolling facebook threads at 3am the night before their flight. they want it clean and done in one place." "how do you sell it?" "tiktok. 1,100 followers. text on screen with a calm voiceover. one video hit 890K views. still sells 3-6 copies a day four months later." one video. still paying him while he drives strangers around. he'd been driving for 2 hours. made $41 from rides. made $136 from checklist sales in the same window. "why still drive?" "every third passenger asks about the second phone. that's free marketing." he was using uber as a lead gen channel. meanwhile you're spending 6 months filming a $197 course with ring lights and a script you rehearsed 14 times. this guy typed a google doc on his lunch break and it outearns his job. 94,000 people answering the same question every day for free. he's the only one who charged for it. the information has always been free. the person who organizes it gets paid.

SHE WAS 35, LEAN, AND "HEALTHY." TODAY, SHE’S GONE. I am looking at the lab results of a woman who should have had 50 more years of life. Instead, I am looking at the reason her heart gave out this morning. She was the "success" story of our generation. 35 years old, BMI of 20 (thin by any standard), working a high-paying remote job for a US-based company. But behind the laptop screen, her body was screaming for help: The Routine: Working through the night, sleeping through the day. A completely shattered circadian rhythm. The Fuel: Living alone meant no home-cooked meals. She relied on food delivery apps 3x a day. Convenience was the priority. The Silence: She felt "fine" until the sudden, crushing chest pain 12 hours ago. Her blood was essentially turned into a thick, fatty sludge. Triglycerides: 561.10 (Dangerous level is > 500) Total Cholesterol: 300.50 VLDL: 112 (Over double the limit) LDL: 143 (very high) If you are: ❌ Living on delivery apps ❌ Flipping your sleep cycle for work ❌ Ignoring your labs because you "look fit" Please. This is your sign. Her life ended today because her internal health didn't match her external appearance. Your job won't miss you. Your family will.

@vibhusam28 I've read somewhere that its about the superstition of Anand Mahindra. He was told by someone to have "O" in the names of their cars. It was understandable until we had names like scorpio, bolero. But then they are seeing "O" in 0(zero), "B", "9"😆

@chiragbarjatya Thanks for testing and sharing the results. I have used all of them. Personally I found Chetran's tofu too soft compared to other 3, not sure about the reason but I prefer other 3. I mostly cosume Mooz and Briya's tofu based on availability.

Hi everyone! Last week, we sent four major brands of Tofu for lab testing to understand their claim vs actual protein in it. We did this testing with: 1. Pure Diet Tofu - 75 INR for 200g 2. Briyas Tofu - 79 INR for 200g 3. Chetrans - 55 INR for 250g 4. Mooz - 95 INR for 200g All were ordered on big basket. Test results in this thread:

I don't know who needs to hear this but: If you are against ayurveda it doesn't mean you are against Hinduism. If you are SRK fan it doesn't mean you hate Modiji If you are Modi fan it doesn't mean you have to hate SRK and Aamir khan. If you liked Dhurandhar doesn't mean you hate Pathaan or Jawaan or vice versa. If you boast another country infra or cleanliness doesn't mean you hate India. If you take flights doesn't mean you adore adani. If you talk about protein doesn't mean you skip on fibre. Please stop finding reasons to hate other people. There is already too much anger inside people outside.

Myntra is not reliable shopping nowadays. The service quality has declined, especially in terms of delivery, customer support, and order handling. It used to be much more reliable earlier, but the recent experiences have been disappointing. #Myntra @myntra @MyntraSupport

@MyntraSupport This is the reason I mentioned @myntra is not reliable. I have exchanged a product, product reached nearest delivery center and then no update. And suddenly @myntra cancels it citing unavoidable circumstances. On top of that there is 0 communication of the cancellation.

Parents should take this analysis seriously. I believe there is increasing evidence that we are giving way too many vaccines to very young children. This is spreading in India too and we are seeing a rapid increase in autism in India.
Nicolas Hulscher, MPH@NicHulscher

🚨BREAKING — The Most Comprehensive Analysis Ever Conducted on the Causes of Autism Finds Vaccination Is the DOMINANT Risk Factor After decades of censorship and denial, the McCullough Foundation’s Landmark Report of over 300 studies finally delivers the verdict: Autism’s rise is multifactorial—but vaccination is the MOST significant, preventable driver. We found potential determinants of new-onset autism before age 9 to include: 👵Older parents (>35 years mother, >40 years father) 👶Premature delivery (<37 weeks) 🧬 Common genetic variants 🧩 Siblings with autism 🔥 Maternal immune activation 💊 In utero drug exposure ☣️ Environmental toxicants 🦠 Gut–brain axis alterations 💉 And combination routine childhood vaccination Of 136 studies evaluating vaccines or their components: ➡️ 107 (79%) found evidence consistent with a vaccine–autism link ➡️ 29 claimed “no association,” yet lacked truly unvaccinated controls ➡️ 12 studies comparing fully vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children found every time that the unvaccinated had far better overall health and dramatically lower autism risk. Biologic mechanisms converged on shared pathways—immune dysregulation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and neuroinflammation—triggered by clustered and early-timed vaccination during critical windows of brain development. By evaluating all known risk factors side by side, this analysis uniquely clarifies the relative contribution of vaccination compared to genetic and environmental domains. No prior review has attempted this integrative scope without excluding positive vaccine-association studies or unvaccinated controls—an essential step in determining whether vaccines truly play a role in autism risk, and if so, how significant that role is within the broader causal landscape. Our report represents a major breakthrough through the iron grip of censorship imposed by the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex on the issue of vaccination and autism. It also marks Dr. Andrew Wakefield’s first major return to the scientific literature in years—after enduring years of irrational attacks from the vaccine cartel. Thanks to the tireless work of the McCullough Foundation team: Nicolas Hulscher, MPH, John S. Leake, MA, Simon Troupe, MPH, Claire Rogers, MSPAS, PA-C, Kirstin Cosgrove, BM, CCRA, M. Nathaniel Mead, MSc, PhD, Bre Craven, PA-C, Mila Radetich, Andrew Wakefield, MBBS, and Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH — and support from the Bia-Echo Foundation — this historic effort was made possible. CONCLUSION ⬇️ The totality of evidence supports a multifactorial model of ASD in which genetic predisposition, neuroimmune biology, environmental toxicants, perinatal stressors, and iatrogenic exposures converge to produce the phenotype of a post-encephalitic state. Combination and early-timed routine childhood vaccination constitutes the most significant modifiable risk factor for ASD, supported by convergent mechanistic, clinical, and epidemiologic findings, and characterized by intensified use, the clustering of multiple doses during critical neurodevelopmental windows, and the lack of research on the cumulative safety of the full pediatric schedule.

Sir, @narendramodi @JPNadda my fight had always been against the misleading labels of ORSL, RebalanzVitORS, ORSfit, GluconDActivORS and liquids not compliant with WHO recommended formula ORS, sold especially in the pharmacies, hospitals, and schools. The 17th Oct stay was issued based on an agreement between JNTL and FSSAI(Union of India) that JNTL will submit a representation in a weeks timeand that the 15th Oct order will be on hold till the said representation is decided. This is not fair! The FSSAI shouldn't have agreed for this! Had FSSAI not agreed, the court may not have disposed off the petition with the Stay order. Sir, it is important that FSSAI decides on the representation urgently and stops the sale of these liquids with misleading labels both online and off line. Any way, today is 24th October. Exactly one week from 17th October. Thank you once again for ensuring the 15th Oct order was given by the FSSAI! I had always believed that you would do the right thing, and that's why I reached out to you directly when things were not happening in favour of the children of this country! Firmly believing the same, and hoping to see FSSAI decide on the representation today and implement the 15th October order with immediate effect for both off line and online sale of these misleading labels.

Revant Himatsingka “Food Pharmer”
Bad news. Fake ORS ban has been paused by the Delhi high court. ORSL has been allowed to sell 180 crore of their stock first. ORSL sells at 45 rupees per pack, so basically they want to sell 4 crore (180/45) fake ORS packs. These fake products have up to 10 times more sugar than real ORS, and can be dangerous for kids suffering from diarrhea. I request all Indians to unite and support @dr_sivaranjani in the fight against fake ORS. Please share this across all platforms so that we can put public pressure to not have any fake ORS sold. #ORS #FoodPharmer
