We are possibly at the beginning of a megadrought cycle that could change America fast. Modern society was built during a relatively wet period, where water was abundant. The air doesn’t push it further in, and at 80% it was already in all your lung tissue. There was 0% recovery without tthe vent if you were at that point. None. At all. You were almost dead.

You are prob confusing a med switch up that happened in early weeks that was less helpful, but intubation is always reserved for necessity only.
