Disingenuous grandstanding, or surprising ignorance. 1. The Attorney General has no power to refer a sentence passed in the Mags court. 2. Even if he had it, he wouldn't refer this case because the sentence was consistent with the guidelines. 3. There's only 1 "s" in "offences."
