@ICICILombard ppl take health policy to have peace of mind and you harass them by asking queries again and again at the time of pre approval. You claim 1 hr time but every 45mins you send new query ensuring the timelapse is 5-6hrs. Is this a joke, common man can b taken for ride

In the 1st place you spoilt the dinner for my son & on top of it refunding in walletwhich is valid for 1 month. Pathetic service. Never ordering again
