Shiloh is then found guilty of disorderly conduct against the man WHO ASKED HER TO CALL HIM A NAME and now has to pay a fine of $1000, do 200 hours of community service, and be under probation. And oh the Somali has been charged with disorderly conduct in the past too! Threw a blunt object at a car window or something. $200 fine. That’s it. Words are more violent, than violence. I hope this is appealed swiftly.
