Iam here until sunday. Mayhe longer. I am no longer just tethered to o2 , i am now also trapped in this bed. I want life so badly now. @JBFlint I do wonder why recreating the wheel. Silicon Valley has a perfectly workable model that has created trillions of downstream equity for vested workers. Its called stock options. There is always a title holder in Hollywood. Issue stock options down stream in the title holder.

During our long negotiation the former owner kept asking me if I had seen the metal boxes on the floor for when I need to vacuum. He’s old and this is the deep country but still I thought it was odd he thought floor plug outlets were so special. Like at least once a month “Karp-san, have you checked out the boxes in the floor yet?” Naturally I humored him each time saying things like “wow yes amazing. Can’t wait to try them out” On the day we closed he asked if he could show me how to vacuum which I though was odd but I knew how proud he was of his floor outlets, but ok sure. Better end of a deal ritual than crossing pee streams which I saw once in a samurai movie. He goes into a closet, takes out a hose, opens the metal flap, plugs the hose directly into the floor and starts vacuuming. I was amazed. There is a vacuum under my floor and all the dust goes into a canister which he then took me and my slack jaw to see.
