My question is why AirIndia, which portrays Indian image in the world, provides such poor services that even Indians hesitate to take it. My parents are old, they have to travel 2.5hrs to reach Delhi airport, is it ok to leave them stranded like this. @airindiain @HardeepSPuri

@airindiain Booked AI flight for my parents. AI-382 (DL->SG), got cancelled without any intimation. Took another flight scheduled at 11:15pm, but left at 12:45am. Now for return, the flight at 8:35am is delayed, while my parent stay waiting at the airport again. @HardeepSPuri
