@SotaChronicles a letter was sent to your email IAMSOTA@protonmail.com. This is a copy and paste letter directly from my lawyer. Dear Sota / Operator of @SotaChronicles, This letter serves as formal demand that you immediately cease and desist from publishing, repeating, or disseminating any further defamatory statements about me, including those in the video you posted on X at x.com/SotaChronicles… (posted March 22, 2026), titled/described as "Crypto: Bronze Age of Scams (Richard Heart)," and in related posts on your account accusing me (@iambroots). I am an independent cryptocurrency enthusiast and content creator operating under the X handle @iambroots, active in the PulseChain and related ecosystems. In the referenced video and associated posts (e.g., those accusing me of scamming followers via promotions of $pDAI, $pTGC, etc.), you have made or implied false and highly damaging statements about me, including but not limited to: Accusing me of being a scammer, grifter, criminal, or part of a "cabal" / network using social engineering to defraud investors. Claiming I promoted tokens (e.g., $pDAI, $pTGC, TEDDYBEAR, etc.) at tops, secretly sold/dumped on followers, front-ran, or caused widespread financial losses ("rekt" followers, "promote pump and dumps or scams"). Statements such as IamBroots and Ian Heinisch are criminals & should be in jail," "the biggest PulseChain scammer," "grifted from promoting the scam pDAI," and similar imputations of criminal or fraudulent conduct. These were published publicly on X (reaching thousands of views/impressions) and amplified by tagging others in the crypto space. These statements are false, lack factual basis, and were made with at least negligence (and appear to involve reckless disregard or actual malice). They impute criminal conduct and injure my reputation/profession, constituting defamation (slander for spoken video content; libel for written posts) under the laws of California and potentially federal principles. They have caused and continue to cause harm, including reputational damage in the cryptocurrency community, harassment, emotional distress, lost opportunities, and/or financial injury. You are hereby demanded to: Immediately cease and desist from making, publishing, repeating, or disseminating any defamatory statements about me in any medium (X, video platforms, etc.). Permanently remove the video at the above URL (and any mirrors/re-uploads) and any posts containing or implying defamatory statements about me @iambroots is a scammer, criminal, grifter, or involved in fraudulent activity on PulseChain or elsewhere. Such claims are withdrawn and should be disregarded. I retract any and all statements implying or stating that @iambroots Preserve all related evidence (video files, scripts, communications, analytics) for potential legal proceedings. Please provide written confirmation of full compliance (via email or publicly on X within seven (7) days of this letter's receipt. Failure to comply within seven (7) days will compel me to pursue all available remedies without further notice, including: Filing a civil lawsuit for defamation seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages (if malice shown), injunctive relief, and attorney's fees/costs. Reporting to X under their abuse/harassment policies. And other legal actions as appropriate. Thank You
