Stepped into the “Jumbo Colon” today to learn about colon cancer awareness. Lowering the screening age from 50→45 could mean 15,000 fewer cases, 6,100 fewer deaths, and major OHIP savings. Early detection = ~90% survival. Thanks @ccranorg @NYGH_News @NYT_HP for the great event!

Tips to remove a tick:
✅Use fine-tipped tweezers to carefully grasp the tick as close to your skin as possible
✅Pull it off your skin, gently but firmly
❌Do not squeeze the tick, try to burn it off or put any substance on it
