Does anyone else have the most vivid memory like dreams? i’ve had them all my life but the meds i’m on atm definitely heighten them even more! they’re so vivid & for the rest of the day I feel like the dream happened & can remember it almost perfectly like a memory- usually they’re anxiety dreams though so not fun 🤦🏼‍♀️ i’ve asked my mum but she says she doesn’t get them & can’t remember her dreams that much once she wakes up. 🤷🏼‍♀️ this is what vivid dreams are characterized as -Vivid dreams feel incredibly real and can involve intense imagery, strong emotions, and sensory details, making them hard to distinguish from waking life.-
