I hope I can get my money back. If I were not download it and use it, how could I know the software fit? 😓 And i didn’t receive any communication regarding my product refund unless I call. I used @turbotax later to file my return. It is expensive but at least I know what to do

Purchased @HRBlock business software on Mar 6, 2025 and downloaded it😀 On the same day I submitted the product refund request as I am not happy with it and got the case number. Didn’t file the tax with it. On Apr 22, 2025 I called @HRBlock for the refund status. 👉

They told me it needs the full social and provided to them. I called today for the refund status and told me the request was denied as i downloaded the software🤯Funny enough. They now offer me the free software next year. 100% satisfaction guaratee😂😂 #hrblock #satisfaction
