Think about it, If President Mahama can generate revenue without running to the IMF or introducing new taxes, settle debts, cancel about five taxes introduced by the NPP, and still pay contractors, then with all the taxes and loans the NPP had, why couldn’t they pay contractors? Where exactly was the money going?
