RRFS continuing to show phantom storms across central Illinois when there are none, even as late as the 21Z run. Other models showed storms as well, but it was by far the worst offender, both yesterday and today

With how many REGULAR relationships fail attempting poly stuff is unhinged, it's orders of magnitude worse.

@KounaraChan I mean, even ignoring the disgust, practically speaking it's already over regardless. Saying no means they'll probably just cheat (if they weren't cheating already) or resent you, and saying yes introduces so many points of failure that the relationship is doomed to fail anyways.

Finally we're hearing from local @NWS WFOs what has been quietly circulating over the last few weeks. A @NWS reorg underway now with absolutely NO invited input from the NWS partners. This is unacceptable.

If you make storm chasing all about tornadoes, you're going to be disappointed after most chases. It's not all about those!

@VORTEXJeff I went home at the worst time thinking that the line wouldn’t do much, but of course it decided to spin up right when I got to my neighborhood. I was right there! :/

Round 1 was a resounding dud here in town.

The risk of severe weather today in Champaign-Urbana is conditional and depends on if either 1. Storms approaching from the southwest can organize late this afternoon. 2. Storms approaching from the west can hold together this evening. Neither is certain.
