The manager has got a lot wrong this season but the lack of passion and intensity on the pitch from the players today was unforgiveable #NUFC

@NUFCThreatLevel For me he has peaked as a manager for us, time to thank him for all he has done and move on, problem is we have regressed and gone backwards which is not all his fault so would we be able to attract the type of manager to take us to the next level

This run in is now pivotal. European football is a bare minimum, and even then ahead of time the ‘lessons learned from this season’ speech we get in May will only come across a parroted soundbite from the last time we had a season in Europe. It’s not reactive, it’s how it is.

The question this summer will be are Newcastle punching limits of their capabilities or is the manager? We’ve had the time of our lives past few years but the football club must always come first. A lot of key figures around the club need to be active and make bold decisions.
