@gb4753 I remember he made awesome pancakes! I use a small amount of buckwheat flour, pumpkin seeds and flax or chia (that are chopped). I love them but the kids, not so much.

I live in a multi generational household. My grandkids don’t ask me to make pancakes anymore because I always put “healthy” stuff in them. Not sure if I going to miss making pancakes or not. #pancakes
