@HDFC_Bank What are the steps for your new credit card application customer verification?

@JioCare @jagograhakjago I will make this personal blog just from updates, the time you are taking to do the refund, even not resolving the tickets you raise on my behalf and providing zero update.

@JioCare Please be informed what you are referring to is 5364.92 INR amount. I am referring to 1K that I paid for booking a slot for installation. I just got a call asking to reschedule the installation of AirFiber. What kind of operation are you guys running. @jagograhakjago

@JioCare You are very fast in converting a new lead to a customer but come to a dead halt when you need to refund an amount. I am still waiting on my 1000 INR refund which was paid on 23rd March but jiofiber was not feasible in my area so the request was cancelled.

@JioCare @jagograhakjago Also your tracker shows my ticket still on hold and what's the appointment date? Why has it not been cancelled yet. You guys didn't get time in a month to do that, even though I called you guys multiple times and spoke to your escalation team twice?

@JioCare @jagograhakjago FYI, today completes one month of when I raised the request to get a connection which is not feasible in my area

@JioCare @jagograhakjago 15 days, 3 days and now 21 working days that's the update I am getting and your representative said it will take 7 more days to refund and today marks 1 month from the original request but no updates. @JioCare if you are running low on cash just let me know.

@JioCare @jagograhakjago How many SRs, phone calls and email followups do you want to resolve a mere refund. Why are you not able to cancel your own ticket? Why are you lying to your customer about quick resolution? How can you be so nonchalant while telling the customer you have to wait sir.

@JioCare Update no resolution given by you till date and you have failed to fulfil SLAs in your own tickets so I have raised the complaint to @jagograhakjago

@vijaysurbhi_2 I would suggest to first calculate your fiscal responsibilities such as family, prior loan EMIs etc and then consider rent to be 10-20k for 1 bhk (depending on locality) and then see how much is left for your other expenditures, commute is also costly in Bengaluru.

@vijaysurbhi_2 And if you have other fiscal responsibilities like EMIs and stuff then you would be living paycheck to paycheck. Kiss savings goodbye. Also I am guessing 8-10 LPA is your CTC, so your in-hand salary would be even less, especially if there is a variable pay component.

Is INR 8 LPA a good salary for moving to Bangalore?
