@JioCare You are very fast in converting a new lead to a customer but come to a dead halt when you need to refund an amount. I am still waiting on my 1000 INR refund which was paid on 23rd March but jiofiber was not feasible in my area so the request was cancelled.

@JioCare @jagograhakjago Also your tracker shows my ticket still on hold and what's the appointment date? Why has it not been cancelled yet. You guys didn't get time in a month to do that, even though I called you guys multiple times and spoke to your escalation team twice?

@JioCare @jagograhakjago How many SRs, phone calls and email followups do you want to resolve a mere refund. Why are you not able to cancel your own ticket? Why are you lying to your customer about quick resolution? How can you be so nonchalant while telling the customer you have to wait sir.

@vijaysurbhi_2 I would suggest to first calculate your fiscal responsibilities such as family, prior loan EMIs etc and then consider rent to be 10-20k for 1 bhk (depending on locality) and then see how much is left for your other expenditures, commute is also costly in Bengaluru.

@vijaysurbhi_2 And if you have other fiscal responsibilities like EMIs and stuff then you would be living paycheck to paycheck. Kiss savings goodbye. Also I am guessing 8-10 LPA is your CTC, so your in-hand salary would be even less, especially if there is a variable pay component.
