The Sperm AI underbelly, creating God 2, the pit of lost souls, volcanic fish, corporate ladders, two-skulled babies, and a heinous discovery. My latest, "A Predator's Farewell," link threaded below.

The Atlantic’s infamous “Why Do Rich People Love Quiet?” article, by 2023 Pulitzer Prize Finalist Xochitl Gonzalez, argued essentially that silence is classist and ethnocentrist, and that being Puerto Rican apparently justifies creating an undue racket... even if it clearly bothers people. But quiet is good, argues @gb_rango, and you shouldn’t get to disturb the peace just because you’re an immigrant. Here, the case for American peace and quiet, and why we’ll never get there without assimilation (and technology) 👇

Shopify does not use our methods We have custom built frameworks to engineer behavior similar to the ones used by political advisors and world leaders to control collective vote at massive scale Calling our methods "shopify" coded, kind of just proves my entire point about the low intellect thing Generic marketing does not do what Im talking about And the saddest part, is that you ignored the entire thing I said in step 4 You clearly live in an echo chamber where your list of beliefs are constantly being reaffirmed, which means you're not going to change your mind because your confirmation bias is too strong The Narrative Cycle is about 12-18 months Meaning, unless you're outside your echo chamber being exposed to contradicting ideas for at least 12-18 months, you're not going to change your mind no matter how much contradicting evidence you are shown How do you think I retain clients? Using the same mechanism So this debate is pointless, because again, you're a victim of step 2 - You have an idol you are attached to on a psychological level that nobody can prove does not exist and vice versa, so you cannot lose an argument, since your argument is entirely in your head with no tangible proof besides anecdotal claims and random messages in a 2000 year old book Regardless, I wish you well, hope you enjoy your day, and genuinely if you find comfort is believing in God, then I encourage to continue doing that, as I see the appeal from an objective point of view

@RealIanBotes @MizThatch you're right bro, CS Lewis was just low IQ and fell victim to shopify-brained pop psychology. thank you for the insight

@gb_rango @MizThatch I run a $2M brand, we used these mechanisms to sell products and ideas on a regular basis I know how religion works and why it's an indoctrination, because I use the exact same 4 things to get people to pay me insane amounts of money Study actual social programming

The political cartoonist sketches out his scene. It appears amateurish, pointless, crude. Maybe the caricatures are not histrionic enough? He has already stuffed it with crass allusions and all of the proper symbolically charged objects: bells, crosses, flags, money bags, &c. Suddenly, the solution is obvious. “WAR,” he writes. “GREED… POVERTY… PREJUDICE… FEMINISM…” He grins at the finished product and revels in his rhetorical power, certain that even the least thoughtful and literate person to see his work will be slapped across the face by its unassailable correctness.

He got positive feedback from "ICE is acting like a criminal organization," which has here become "ICE is a criminal organization," and is soon to become "those not acting against ICE are criminally associated," and so on, because the politically useful version is identity (abstract, flexible) rather than events and individuals (concrete, addressable).
Tom Steyer@TomSteyer

"Wow" is right. ICE is a criminal organization. As governor, I'll prosecute them like one.
