@Gidi_Traffic @jidesanwoolu Today, one Nigerian decided to use his efficiency in a -ve way. Should we even call it efficiency or wickedness? The whole of VI/Lekki had gridlock and this man refused to open the coastal road for Nigerians to have access. Who gave him such authority?

@Gidi_Traffic @jidesanwoolu can something be done about this? While the repairs on VI/Lekki Epe Expressway is ongoing, can the coastal road be opened for tax payers to get to work or to get home in the morning and evening? Can access be granted for 2hrs in the morning & evening?

He completely misused it. When a place like VI/ Lekki is on gridlock, with one access in and out, one would expect that the alternative route would be open. This man, wish I got a clearer picture of him, refused to grant people access. He allowed only selected persons, such shame

I agree with you @wemimospot Gone are the days when it was mandatory for ATMs to always have cash. Now POS agents stay at ATMs to take all the cash out and sell to people (e.g UBAs ATM at Skymall in Sangotedo area). Definition of trading the Naira. @UBAGroup and @cenbank epp ooo!

So, we have all signed an unwritten agreement to ALWAYS pay to get cash in Nigeria abi? We've agreed that ATMS will no longer work and POS will be the Nigerian cash bank abi? Good morning @cenbank @gtbank @myaccessbank Please tag your own banks below, Tori 🤷🙄

@MrOdanz I somewhat agree with what you mentioned. But like you said, he was a scapegoat of the Endsars outcome and a scapegoat he will remain. Because on his watch, the peaceful youths in Lagos were murdered and like you mentioned, he didn't handle the aftermath of the killings properly.

In situations like this I wonder, is there a silent general organisational policy as to not employing pregnant women? This is one of many unconscious bias running beneath the surface. Thank you @rolakeakinkugbe and the entire Mixta team for making this year's IWD a memorable one.

A question for all to take away: What role do you play in completely eliminating a no pay policy to women on maternity leave, especially in cases where the woman is a new staff that has not been confirmed?

Highlights from today's IWD with @MixtaAfrica_NG What does breaking the bias mean to you? - Unconscious bias. What are the stereotypes running beneath the surface? - Challenging the motherhood bias. - It forces you to look inwards, what is the bias that I have to deal with?

One of the many things I took away from this session was "As an entrepreneur with a great ideas don't try to do things alone, lean on others". Indeed Mixta's footprint in realestate will speak to generations unborn. #DevelopingCommunities #realestate #MixtaAfrica
