This past weekend, a few of our @GBRYR members took some time to help our neighbors cleanup from Hurricane Ida.

The devastation in south Louisiana is simply heartbreaking. We have been through this many times, but the aftermath of a major storm is never easy. The disaster recovery process following Ida will be especially lengthy and difficult.

I weathered the storm just fine. Hope you and yours are safe and sound.

We are thankful for every man and woman of the American forces that have protected us in Afghanistan and are protecting us now. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

Biden’s speech showed he does not have the ability to meet this moment, to effectively lead this nation, or to keep Americans safe.

*You* promised we would get them out. You, personally. You said it again LAST WEEK.

Karen and I are shocked and saddened by the loss of 11 Marines and a Navy corpsman in the terrorist attack at Kabul Airport. Our prayers are with the families of the fallen and also with the service members injured in the attack. God Bless Our Troops.

Pray for all of our troops and citizens in Afghanistan right now.

Fiscal transparency would have allowed us to make sure our schools are properly investing in our children's futures, but now that information will remain hidden from Louisianans.
