Alright, it took us to 2 January but we are now officially at 80% of Taiwan’s population having the first dose of the covid vaccines and almost 70% having two doses. The boosters have started now and the local numbers remain low.

Taiwan is wonderfully handling the Covid-19 outbreak, but it has had world class universal healthcare for decades. People even come for medical tourism, due to low cost and high quality medical care. Taiwan's healthcare is perhaps the best in the world.
