@Eternaldharma_ If your strongest defence of a present-day decision is what emperors did centuries ago, you’re not making a point — you’re exposing the lack of one.
Akbar changed the names of as many as 251 cities.
Aurangzeb changed the names of 177 cities.
Shah Jahan changed the names of 77 cities.
Babur changed the names of 61 cities.
No one ever protested against them.
But when Yogi Adityanath changed the names of just 2 cities, many people got upset.
@Eternaldharma_ People didn’t protest then because they couldn’t. Today, they can — and that’s exactly how a democracy is supposed to work. And let’s not pretend that “they did it too” is some kind of justification. By that logic, anything can be excused if you dig far enough into the past.
@Eternaldharma_ What a spectacularly weak argument. You’re comparing medieval monarchs — who ruled without accountability and crushed dissent — to a modern elected government, and calling the silence of the past “acceptance”? That’s not history, that’s fiction.
@patilvikram7@DefenceBrat@commr_csmc Until there are real consequences — for those in authority and for citizens who enable or ignore wrongdoing — nothing will change.
@DefenceBrat@commr_csmc Please share on X. Country is nothing but full of Rakshas politicians and gov employees even most citizens .. all of them pretend to be Ram bhakt but all pure evil to the core
If anyone has her contact details, please let me know. I’d love to support her in restarting her business.
Meanwhile, @commr_csmc who made you an IAS? This is so inhumane. Get some life pls.
@patilvikram7@DefenceBrat@commr_csmc People invoke ideals when it’s convenient, but abandon them the moment accountability is required. That hypocrisy is exactly why such incidents keep happening without fear.
@patilvikram7@DefenceBrat@commr_csmc Absolutely agree. The rot isn’t isolated — it’s systemic. Too many in power, and even among the public, preach values but act in complete contradiction when it matters.
@Nishantchant Stop performative outrage. Share complete, actionable information and ensure the authorities are informed so the culprits can actually be identified and punished.
This is wrong, it constitutes harassment of girls and also poses a security concern for them when traveling alone. Therefore, the police should take strict action regarding this matter.
@Nishantchant And instead of standing there recording the incident, why weren’t the police or railway authorities alerted immediately? Real courage is stepping in to report and stop the wrongdoing — not just capturing it for social media.
@Nishantchant But posting half-baked outrage without basic details is pointless. Which train? Which coach? What route? Without that, you’re not helping anyone — you’re just creating noise.
@Nishantchant This isn’t just “wrong” — it’s blatant harassment and a serious threat to women’s safety. Incidents like this demand zero tolerance and swift police action.
Every Indian traveler knows this feeling!
Tatkal booking opens… You type details at lightning speed… And before payment is done — tickets are SOLD OUT.
An IIT-educated engineer from Tamil Nadu got tired of this problem.
So he built an app called ‘Super Tatkal’.
The app reportedly saved precious seconds by pre-filling passenger details during IRCTC booking.
For many users, it felt like a game changer.
Reports say the app crossed 1 lakh users.
But then the story changed completely.
In 2020, RPF arrested him.
Railways said the software gave users an unfair advantage in Tatkal booking and violated railway rules.
Supporters argued: He didn’t hack IRCTC… He only made the process faster.
One app. One arrest. And one question that divided opinions across India:
Was he fixing a broken system… or breaking the rules?
@KommawarSwapnil This engineer didn’t hack the system. He didn’t steal data. He simply reduced human delay in a race that is already rigged against the common man. If efficiency is now a crime, then what exactly is being protected here — fairness or a flawed ecosystem that benefits a select few?
@KommawarSwapnil Let’s be honest: tickets don’t disappear in milliseconds because of genuine passengers. They’re snapped up by bots, agents, and well-oiled networks exploiting loopholes that everyone knows exist.
@KommawarSwapnil So instead of fixing a broken system where Tatkal tickets vanish in seconds — a problem every Indian has experienced — authorities chose to go after the one person who made the process fairer for ordinary users?
@abhiisshhek@UdhamSNagarPol@uttarakhandcops This kind of inconsistency doesn’t just inconvenience people, it opens the door for harassment and misuse of power. Accountability shouldn’t stop at citizens — it must apply equally to those enforcing the law.
These are the kind of police officers who damage the image of the force. Riding without a helmet should lead to a fine, not vehicle seizure. Such officials should be suspended immediately @UdhamSNagarPol@uttarakhandcops this is exactly how corruption gets encouraged.
Cc @pushkardhami ji
@abhiisshhek@UdhamSNagarPol@uttarakhandcops If a legally recognized app isn’t honored during enforcement, it makes the entire system look hollow. Rules can’t be selective — either digital documents are valid everywhere, or stop forcing people into a system that isn’t respected by your own officials.
@abhiisshhek@UdhamSNagarPol@uttarakhandcops Absolutely right — this is exactly how trust in the system gets eroded. But here’s the bigger question: if authorities on the ground refuse to accept valid digital documents, then why is the government pushing citizens to rely on platforms like DigiLocker in the first place?
@TARUNspeakss Posting a random clip with zero context and then shouting “crime” is nothing but half-baked outrage. If you’re serious about accountability, share complete, actionable information — not just fragments that create noise without enabling any real action.
How stupid one has to be to do this?
See his smile while his friend is tearing the train seat cover apart. They think they achieved something here.
This goes beyond civic sense. This is a punishable offense.
@TARUNspeakss If you’re calling this a punishable offence, then where are the basic details — train number, coach/bogie number, time, route? Without that, how exactly is anyone supposed to verify or act on it?
@NoOFFENCes@ananyashasau@WesternRly Let’s stop targeting normal behaviour and start calling out the genuinely unacceptable acts that make travel miserable for everyone.
@ananyashasau@WesternRly These people are at least 100 times better than those who spit gutka and consume alcohol.
Who also does eve teasing doesn't matter it's first class or third class some monsters are worst in train .
