Quarter 3 Art Students learned about Color Theory and Color Schemes and put their knowledge to use by creating Pet Portraits with specific Color Schemes. They could choose any animal, real or imaginary, and use any color media to create their work. Link: docs.google.com/presentation/d…

The Middle School Spring Fling was a success! From singing and basketball tosses to cornhole fun, it was a night full of energy and smiles.

GCSVP Middle School Spring Fling Event: When: Monday, March 23rd, from 4:00-5:30 p.m. Where: MT Anderson (100 Blassingame Rd., Greenville, SC 29605)

Students also had the opportunity to obtain their first library card!

The 3rd through 5th-grade students went on a field trip to the Hughes Main Library in Greenville. Students participated in story time and learned about different book genres and careers in literacy.

Schools and offices are closed Monday, March 16, through Friday, March 20, for Spring Break.

Friday, March 13, is a teacher workday. Students do not attend school.

The Greenville Center for the Creative Arts has organized its Spring and Summer Art Camps. Check out their offerings!
