Today we are sad to announce that Uncharted and Fishing Frenzy will shutdown and cease operations. Despite our best efforts, we were ultimately unable to prove our thesis on crypto gaming and could not find product-market-business fit. We spent a lot of time in the past year testing multiple directions and audiences, but the results did not give us enough conviction in a viable path forward. We are deeply thankful for the community and investors who gave us their time and trust, and we are sorry we could not deliver. Here is what’s happening next: - Servers will shutdown on June 25th 2am UTC - USDC packages are no longer available in the game - FISH token is now spend-only and untradable - Karma scores are now open sourced for use by other teams and partners: github.com/unchartedgg/ka… - All USDC from the FISH/USDC LP pool will be redistributed to the community and stakers, based off Karma score (snapshot taken as of 15 Jun) - All USDC spend since Chapter 3 launch (May 14th) will be refunded (excludes diving) - All Proof of Distribution rewards will be distributed by Sky Mavis directly to the community, proportional to Karma scores Once again, we are grateful to everyone who supported us and will be available to answer any questions in our Discord. @The_Beacon_GG I have problems when more than 5 mobs spawn and my frames drop drastically 🤣 my only problem. Trying everything still the same. Also the new challenge room (the one with balls) that it just luck for me, can barely see my char moving

The dungeon looked easy but I was wrong My timeline has been full of @The_Beacon_GG posts lately. After seeing creators and frens talk about it for days I finally decided to jump in and see what the hype was all about 👀 I actually tried playing a couple of days ago but the game was under maintenance. Today I launched it through Epic Games and everything worked smoothly For anyone hearing about Beacon for the first time: It's a solo roguelite dungeon crawler where every run is different. You battle monsters collect rewards upgrade your build and try to survive as long as possible The concept is pretty simple: ➩ Choose your weapon ➩ Enter the dungeon ➩ Defeat enemies ➩ Collect Umbra Shards ➩ Unlock chests ➩ Earn rewards including $BCN and cosmetics At the moment, players can choose between two weapons → Sword & Shield → Bow Personally I'm using the Bow because attacking from range feels much safer while learning the game Another thing I found interesting is Glint. It's the in-game currency that helps unlock more opportunities and progression within the Beacon ecosystem. And with Season 1: Goblin's Gambit now live there's a total of 7.7M $BCN rewards available throughout the season. Tbh I wasn't expecting to enjoy it this much. Also Zone 2 arrives TODAY! 🔥 It brings new enemies, new items, rebalanced power-ups and much more The gameplay is easy to understand but the dungeon itself can be pretty unforgiving. One bad decision can end a really good run So far the biggest lesson I've learned is that movement matters more than damage. Standing still for too long is basically asking the monsters to send you back to the lobby 😂 Some tips I've picked up from other players: → Start with Bow if you're new → Focus enemies with special abilities first → Use Rain of Arrows when groups start surrounding you → Save Dash for emergencies instead of using it whenever it's available I still haven't cleared the dungeon yet but every run feels a little better than the last one Personally, I think this game should be on mobile too it would be more fun because movement would feel easier If you've already been playing Beacon, feel free to drop some tips because I'm definitely going to need them.
