OPP ARREST PIKANGIKUM WOMAN FOR DRUNK DRIVING….WHILE ON BAIL FOR DRUNK DRIVING
LOCAL FAKE NEWS REFUSING TO REPORT AGAIN
Ontario Provincial Police Officers conducted a traffic stop yesterday, Mar13/26 on the Pikangikum Reserve 14.
The indigenous female driver was on bail with conditions not to be driving. She’s also a prohibited driver.
Officers noticed she was under the influence of alcohol again and she failed the breathalyzer.
A 27y/o ALANNA DUNSFORD (Apr9/98) was criminally charged with;
-impaired driving
-blood alcohol over .08
-drive while prohibited
-breach of bail (no driving)
DUNSFORD has been transported to the Kenora Jail and has a court appearance scheduled on St Patrick’s Day, Mar17/26

A 28y/o PAUL GREEN-CHEESEQUAY (June4/96) appeared in person today, Jan30/26 before Justice Danalyn MacKinnon to plead guilty to several crimes.
ADMITTED FACTS
GREEN-CHEESEQUAY broke into a home in the 800 block of Huron Ave on Apr5/25 to assault an indigenous woman. He ripped her shirt and punched her in the face. He was on probation.
He attended the same home shortly after midnight on June16/25 ringing the doorbell. He was on probation and bail with conditions not to be there.
GREEN-CHEESEQUAY attended the same home on Aug23/25 while on bail & probation to punch the same woman in the face 4 times while she held a 1 year old baby in her arms. The baby got covered in the mother’s blood. He was on bail & probation.
GREEN-CHEESEQUAY attended the same place on Sept11/25 where the same woman wound up suffering more injuries including a split lip along with bruised & swollen eyes.
GREEN-CHEESEQUAY has several previous convictions of assaulting the same woman. He is the father of 5 children, ages 1, 3, 5, 8 & 10 years old. He’s a band member of the Lake Nipigon Indian Reserve. He claims to have ADHD, anxiety & depression.
A joint submission of 7 months time served plus 18 months probation is proposed.
Her Honour is not impressed GREEN-CHEESEQUAY’S violence towards women. She cites the need to show respect for women, so his children will learn respect. She reminds him that Indigenous women are vulnerable and need to be treated better.
Her Honour accepts the joint submission but also adds a condition that he must not reside with any woman, except his mother, until he completes training in Partner Assault Response. Community Service, DNA & Weapons Prohibition is also ordered.
GREEN-CHEESEQUAY was released from custody and will be residing with his parents in Neebing.
