My wife gave birth to our baby girl three days ago and instead of enjoying fatherhood peacefully, I secretly did a DNA test behind her back. Before some of you judge me too quickly, hear me out. During the pregnancy, a lot changed between us. She became more protective of her phone, more distant emotionally, and there were moments that honestly made me uncomfortable. On top of that, my friends kept putting fear in my head with stories of men raising children that were not theirs. I tried ignoring it, but the doubt kept eating me alive. I stayed with her throughout labor. I watched her scream in pain for hours. I held her hand, prayed for her, and almost cried when our daughter was born. But even after seeing everything she went through, the doubt still didn’t leave my mind. The next morning while she was sleeping in the hospital, I quietly arranged for a DNA test. The result came back yesterday. The baby is mine. I felt relieved and decided to make a joke about it online. I posted, “Just did DNA test right after birth Baby girl is mine.” I thought people would laugh and move on, but my wife saw the post and completely broke down. She started crying and asked me how I could watch her suffer for nine months, push a child out, and still think she cheated on me. Now she says the issue is not even the DNA test anymore, but the fact that I never trusted her in the first place. She said she feels humiliated and betrayed, especially because I posted it publicly. She’s now talking about leaving the marriage after she leaves the hospital. Honestly, I don’t even know what to think anymore. Some people are telling me every man has the right to protect himself, while others are saying I destroyed my marriage with suspicion. So I want honest opinions. Was I wrong for secretly doing the DNA test, or is my wife overreacting?

Man cries out over alleged domestic abuse from wife. The first time my wife slapped me, I overlooked it because she was pregnant. I told myself it was hormones and mood swings. A few days later, I returned home only to discover she had disappeared with money from the POS business and other belongings. when I finally reached her, she told me she never loved me and had only been pretending all along”. "This is my wife she's still very young but you'll think she's an old woman cuz of the way that she dress. I'm embarrassed by the way my wife dresses. I've bought all sorts of modern, fashionable clothes for this woman but she doesn't wear them.
