@LASHYBILLS Actions have consequences. The white kid thought he could hang out with a group of gorillas and not expect them to chimp out
This is what trying to prove you're not racist gets you.
NOBODY OWNS A HAIRSTYLE…AND NOBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO HARASS SOMEONE OVER IT.
DOES HARASSING A STRANGER OVER THEIR HAIR MAKE A POINT…OR JUST CREATE MORE DIVISION?
A girl is walking down the street, minding her business, when another woman starts following her, demanding she “take that out now” because of how her hair is styled. It escalated to harassment…repeating orders, trying to intimidate her in public.
Here’s the reality: Hairstyles…including braids….have deep cultural roots, particularly in Black history and identity. That history deserves respect. But harassment in the street isn’t respect…it’s intimidation.
Cultural appreciation and cultural appropriation are real conversations. But chasing someone down and ordering them to change their appearance on the spot? That crosses the line.
Nobody “owns” hair in a legal sense. At the same time, ignoring the cultural significance behind certain styles can spark tension. The mature way to handle that is dialogue…not public bullying.
IF SOMEONE IS “MINDING THEIR BUSINESS,” WHO GAVE ANYONE THE AUTHORITY TO POLICE THEIR APPEARANCE?
🚨 WHITE KID SAVAGELY BEATEN & STOMPED IN SCHOOL BY BLACK STUDENT — CALLED “BITCH ASS N*****” WHILE ON THE GROUND
He’s already down. The attacker keeps stomping.
500,000 White Americans are victims of black violent crime every single year in America including our children in these schools.
